We are now looking for a curator for the Neuropsychiatric team! In our team, we meet families with children and adolescents from 7 years old who have autism with normal intelligence. Here you will collaborate with other curators, psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators, doctors, team secretaries, and unit managers.

The work primarily involves parental support, where conversations usually revolve around diagnosis, response, and approaches as a parent of a child with a diagnosis. As a curator in the team, you will also meet children and adolescents for basic diagnostic information and mapping of further interventions. The job includes planning rehabilitation interventions, consultation, and information about societal support agencies. The work involves interventions directed at parents individually and in groups. The work also requires collaboration with other partners. The work is both independent and team-based. Education, further training, and supervision are included in the position.

The Neuropsychiatric team is a county-wide operation but the placement is at Child and Youth Rehabilitation in Örebro. In addition to an interesting and developing job with varied tasks, you will be part of a positive, knowledgeable, and creative team. You will contribute to the team's development work, bringing your professional perspective.

As a new employee, you will participate in a structured orientation program and receive support from a mentor during your first year. In addition to your involvement in the multiprofessional team, you will also belong to the group of curators where you will meet several colleagues regularly at professional meetings and method development days.

Licensed healthcare curator or degree in social work. Experience working with children/adolescents with disabilities is an advantage, preferably with a focus on NPF diagnoses. A master's degree and step 1 training are also advantageous. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability such as good collaboration skills and a positive attitude.

A driver's license is required as travel may be involved in the position.
